A few years ago, my friend and I visited this place as a test of courage. As we walked through the dilapidated lobby, I thought I saw a white shadow flash by in the second-floor window for a split second. Even though there was no one there, I felt as if someone was looking down on us, a gaze that sent shivers down my spine. My friend seemed to have felt the same thing, and with a pale face, whispered, "Let's get out of here right now," and we fled the place as fast as we could. I'll never forget that eerie feeling that clung to my skin at that moment.

2. Mount Futagami (Takaoka City)
